Our client’s charge of attempted murder was dropped

Case: Our client and a co-accused were charged with attempted murder after allegedly shooting a man in a Hungry Jacks carpark. From the outset, our lawyers argued that there was insufficient evidence to support the charges.

Outcome: Prosecution tendered no evidence in respect of the charges and the charges were dismissed by the court.
